Nothing says fall in Maine like fresh-pressed apples… but what happens when you add cinnamon and honey? Our Honeycomb Cider transforms a New England classic into something refreshingly new.

We start with a large tote of Maine apple cider.

We mix that into Bubba (the brewing pot) along with Wildflower Honey, and steep with cinnamon.

Once that is brought to temp it is carbonated and chilled in our large holding tank.

After chilling overnight we are ready to bottle it!
