Why Honey is Important

Long before "prebiotic" became a buzzword, honey was quietly doing the job.

Nature has always known what she was doing.  At Green Bee, we are just following her lead.  Most people don't know that honey is the OG of prebiotic and has been for thousands of years.  Honey contains natural compounds like oligosaccharides which help nourish the good bacteria in your gut.

What sets honey apart is the fact that it is minimally processed, made in the fields not in a lab, and is full of plant-powered nutrients and enzymes. Green Bee is all about honey.  To us one of best things about honey ( other than the fact that it is delicious)  is the fact that it helps support our bees.  If you like eating fruits and vegetables - thank the bees.  Honey bees are responsible for pollinating 130 types of fruit and vegetables in North America alone. Can't get by without your morning cup of coffee - thank the bees.  Like pretty flowers?  80% of all flowering plants are pollinated by bees.

Now you're starting to get why we are ALL about honey.
